About me

You speak directly with the lawyer who handles your case.

My practice is deliberately small. No handing off to assistants, no changing points of contact. From the first conversation to the conclusion, I look after your matter personally.

Every assessment draws on three decades of advisory work and litigation, on presiding over the Federal Assessment Commission and on my own board of directors mandates. Someone who knows companies from the inside advises entrepreneurs differently.

More about my background

How I work

From first contact to result, in three steps.

1

Describe your matter

You call, send an e-mail or use the contact form. You will receive a reply within one working day.

2

Initial consultation

In this conversation we clarify the starting position, your options and the cost implications. Openly and without legal jargon. At my branch office in Chur, at your premises or by video.

3

A clear roadmap

You decide. You then receive a clear course of action with a fee agreement, and I get to work.

Costs without surprises: the hourly rate and the expected effort are discussed openly in the initial consultation, before any costs arise. On request with a written fee agreement from the first day of the mandate.
