Hosting and log data
This demo website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you access it, technical access data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser details) is processed in server logs. Personal data may therefore reach the USA. The transfer relies on the recognised safeguards of the provider (standard contractual clauses). For the production website, the hosting location will be determined before going live and this policy will be adapted accordingly.
Getting in touch
The contact form opens an e-mail in your own e-mail program. The website itself does not store any form data. No online booking tool is in use. Appointment requests are received by e-mail or telephone. Video calls take place via a video conferencing service that will be determined and named here before go-live. Information you send by e-mail or telephone is used solely to process your enquiry and, where it relates to a mandate, is additionally protected by attorney-client privilege (Art. 321 SCC).
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use any tracking or analytics services. Fonts are served from our own server. No third-party content is loaded.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data processed about you (Art. 25 FADP) and to rectification or erasure, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. Please contact the address given above.
